Custom Orders:

We will notify you if the production process has already started and whether your cancellation request can be processed.
6. Returns and Refunds (EU Consumers)
If your products are faulty, damaged, or not as described, you have the right to return the items for a refund or exchange under EU law.
Return Process:

- Non-Faulty Returns: Custom-made or personalized items are generally non-returnable unless faulty or damaged. For standard (non-custom) items, you may return them within 14 days of receiving your order for a refund, provided the items are unused and in their original condition.
- Return Shipping: If your item is faulty or incorrect, we will cover the cost of return shipping. If you are returning a non-faulty item, the return shipping cost is your responsibility.
Refund Process:
- Refunds will be issued within 14 days after we receive the returned items or cancellation request.
- Refunds will be issued to the original payment method.
- If goods are returned in a non-saleable condition (e.g., opened packaging, damaged items), we may reduce the refund to account for the reduced value of the product.
