1. Personal data we process 

Craftr.shop process your personal data because you make use of our services and/or because you provide them to us yourself. Below you will find an overview of the personal data we process: 

• First and last name
• Gender (only required
• field when paying via Klarna)
• Date of birth (only required field when paying via Klarna)
• Address
• Telephone number
• E–mail address
• IP address
• Other personal data that you actively provide, for example by creating a profile on this website.
• Information about your activities on our website Internet browser and device type  

2. Special and/or sensitive personal data that we process 

Our website and/or service does not intend to collect data about website visitors who are younger than 16 years old. Unless they have permission from parents or guardians. However, we cannot verify that a visitor is over the age of 16. We encourage parents to be involved in their children‘s online activities in order to prevent the collection of information about children without parental consent. If you believe that we have collected personal information about a minor without such consent, please contact us at klantenservice@Craftr.shop and we will delete this information.  

3. For what purpose and on what basis do we process personal data? 

Craftr.shop processes your personal data for the following purposes:

• Processing your order and payment
• To deliver goods and services to you
• Sending our newsletter and/or advertising leaflet
• To be able to call or e–mail you if this is necessary to be able to perform our services
• Inform you about changes to our services and products
• Allow you to create an account
• Craftr.shop (part of Yourquality.) analyses your behavior on the website in order to improve the website and to tailor the range of products and services to your preferences.

4. Automated decision–making 

Craftr.shop does not make decisions based on automated processing on matters that may have (significant) consequences for individuals. These are decisions that are made by computer programs or systems, without the involvement of a human being (e.g. an employee of Craftr.shop). Craftr.shop uses the following computer programs or systems: Magento (webshop), Sherpa (inventory management and logistics), Mailgun (transactional emails), Mailchimp (email marketing).  

5. How long we keep personal data 

Craftr.shop does not store your personal data any longer than is strictly necessary to achieve the purposes for which your data is collected. We use the following retention periods for the following (categories of) personal data:  

• Personal data acquired for the purpose of processing the contract or through the creation of a personal account: up to a maximum of up to a maximum of 2 years after the last account activity/order.
• E–mail addresses collected via the newsletter subscription form: until unsubscribing from the mailing list by Craftr.shop or yourself.

6.Sharing personal data with third parties 

Craftr.shop does not sell your data to third parties and only provides it if this is necessary for the execution of our agreement with you or to comply with a legal obligation. We enter into a processing agreement with companies that process your data on our behalf to ensure the same level of security and confidentiality of your data. Craftr.shop remains responsible for this processing.  

7. Cookies, or similar techniques, that we use 

Craftr.shop only uses technical and functional cookies and analytical cookies that do not infringe on your privacy. A cookie is a small text file that is stored on your computer, tablet or smartphone when you first visit this website. The cookies we use are necessary for the technical operation of the website and your ease of use. They ensure that the website works properly and remember, for example, your preferred settings. It also allows us to optimize our website. You can opt–out of cookies by setting your internet browser to stop storing cookies. In addition, you can also delete all information that has been previously stored through your browser‘s settings.

8. Viewing, modifying or deleting data

You have the right to access, correct or delete your personal data. In addition, you have the right to withdraw your consent to the data processing or to object to the processing of your personal data by Craftr.shop and you have the right to data portability. This means that you can submit a request to us to send the personal data we have about you in a computer file to you or another organisation named by you. You can send a request for inspection, correction, deletion, data transfer of your personal data or request for withdrawal of your consent or objection to the processing of your personal data to klantenservice@Craftr.shop. To ensure that the request for access has been made by you, we ask you to send a copy of your proof of identity with the request. In this copy, black out your passport photo, MRZ (machine readable zone, the strip with numbers at the bottom of the passport), passport number and Citizen Service Number (BSN). This is to protect your privacy. We will respond to your request as soon as possible, but within four weeks. Craftr.shop would also like to point out that you have the option of filing a complaint with the national supervisory authority, the Dutch Data Protection Authority. Craftr.shop takes the protection of your data seriously and takes appropriate measures to prevent misuse, loss, unauthorized access, unwanted disclosure and unauthorized modification.
