1. How can I place an order at Craftr.shop?
Ordering is easy! Simply browse our collection, choose your favorite product, select the size, and click “Add to cart.” Proceed to checkout and follow the steps to complete your purchase securely.
2. Can I change or cancel my order after placing it?
Because we print on demand, we start production quickly. If you need to make changes, contact us at support@craftr.shop within 2 hours of placing your order. After that, we cannot guarantee changes or cancellations.
3. Will I receive a confirmation email after ordering?
Yes! You will receive an order confirmation email immediately after your purchase. Once your order ships, you will also get a shipping confirmation with tracking details.
4. Do you offer order tracking?
Absolutely! As soon as your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email. You can easily follow your package and stay updated on the delivery status.
5. What should I do if I received the wrong item or my order is damaged?
We’re here to help! Please contact support@craftr.shop within 7 days of receiving your order. Include a photo of the item and your order number. We will resolve the issue quickly, either by sending a replacement or issuing a refund.

1. How long does shipping take?
Shipping times vary by location. On average:
Europe: 5–10 business days
USA / Canada: 7–12 business days
Rest of the world: 10–20 business days
Please note that production time is typically 2–5 business days.
2. Do you ship internationally?
Yes! We offer worldwide shipping. Shipping costs and delivery times will be calculated at checkout.
3. How much does shipping cost?
Shipping rates depend on your location and the size of your order. You’ll see the exact shipping cost at checkout before completing your purchase.
4. Can I track my order during shipping?
Absolutely. Every order comes with a tracking number. You will receive this by email once your order has been shipped.
Returns & Refunds
1. Can I return my order if I’m not satisfied?
Since we print on demand, we currently do not offer returns for reasons like “change of mind” or wrong size ordered. Please double-check your selections before placing the order.
2. What if my order arrives damaged or incorrect?
If your order is damaged, misprinted, or incorrect, please contact us at support@craftr.shop within 7 days of receiving it. Include a photo of the issue and your order number. We will arrange a replacement or refund.
